E3 - Outfall of Mill Creek overflow into Mission Creek (left), outfall of Spawning Channel into Mission Creek (right), and foot bridge from EECO to Spawning Channel viewing area (centre). When flows in Mill Creek threaten to flood Kelowna the excess water moves across town and into Mission Creek.
